See the world through my eyes
I had to yell at a kid in Homework Club today for singing the Doctor Who theme song too loud.*
As I live in Doctor Who-deprived America, that just made my day.
*I made it up to him later by discussing the show and his favorite episodes. He particularly liked the "Who turned out the lights?" part of Silence in the Library.

I'm sorry to interrupt the usual flow of squee and happiness that runs through this community, but I know a few of you are in the Society for Creative Anachronism and I really need to get this information to as many of you SCA'dians as possible as soon as possible.
Last night, a personal trailer containing kingdom items (at least a pavilion and the Queen's throne), baronial items, and personal items was stolen from a member's house. I don't want to clutter up this comm with the list of things so I'll post it to my own LJ. It was a 5x8 white box trailer, red SCA sticker in the left hand corner, and green Gulf Wars sticker on the nose. It's from Oklahoma so there aren't plates on it. Please keep an eye out and let me know ASAP if you see anything anywhere, particularly for this crew in places in like e-bay etc. Thanks. Again sorry for the OT posting.

Greeting all, I'm new to this forum, so if this has been asked (or discussed) a bazillion times, I apologize... (and please be kind, because I might be doing this all wrong)
Did anyone else notice in TURN LEFT, that they skipped over the Year-That-Never-Was?
I suppose, if the Doctor had died prior to meeting Martha, then Professor Yana would never have been able to come to Earth in the TARDIS... but in some ways, it still kinda bothered me that there wasn't even a "head nod" to Saxon. The Master (as Saxon) would have already been on Earth at the time of Runaway Bride. (With the whole 18-months earlier thing)
Maybe that's just masochistic me wanting to have seen what would have happened during that time if there hadn't been the Doctor? You know, would the Master had obliterated the planet, or was he just doing that to exact his revenge on the Doctor?
Like I said random, but I'd love to hear your thoughts!

All of my SJA season 3 screencaps have been converted to JPG and reuploaded. The .zip files are much smaller now, and hopefully people will find them a lot more practical and manageable.

Do you love the Whoniverse and fanmixes? We do, and we noticed that there was a sad lack of a dedicated community for just that. But no more!
We know there are lots of brilliant fanmixes out there just waiting for a home, and we can't wait to see all of your Doctor Who, Sarah Jane Adventures and Torchwood fanmixes over at

Spoilers: Waters of Mars, TW: Children of Earth
Summary: The Doctor believes that the Laws of Time are his playthings now.
Disclaimer: I occasionally wish that I did own it!
Author Notes: I didn't really plan to write a tag fic for Waters of Mars (or for Torchwood: Children of Earth for that matter), but a load of thoughts and ideas congealed in my brain, and then the plot bunny attacked.
Betas:
abstruse_fangrl and

SOLVED. Thank you :)
( screencap under the cut )
I tried installing 2387487263 video codecs but that doesn't seem to help at all :(
Does anyone know how to fix this ?
